Before you write

• Your resume is not on our servers. It lives in your browser — so if a resume “disappeared,” check you are in the same browser and not signed into a different on-device account. We cannot recover browser data for you.
• Score questions: the methodology page explains every check in the score.
• Delete your data: the studio’s “Delete all data on this device” button removes everything instantly — no email needed.

What happens to your message

Routine inquiries are handled end-to-end by the support team. Anything involving money, legal questions, or disputes goes to the owner personally.
